Receive “Super Lawyer” and “Rising Star” Recognition

Hixson Nagatani LLP is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys were honored in the 2012 Northern California Super Lawyers magazine, published by Law & Politics. Super Lawyers recognized Ray Hixson as a "Super Lawyer" in Northern California in employment and labor law. This honor is limited to those evaluated to be within the top 5% of lawyers practicing in the jurisdiction. Super Lawyers recognized Brian Nagatani as a "Rising Star" in Northern California in employment and labor law (the magazine's listing of top lawyers under the age of 40 or who have practiced for 10 years or less). This honor is limited to 2.5% of lawyers in the jurisdiction. The magazine evaluates attorneys based on a variety of criteria, including verdicts, settlements, transactions, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, scholarly lectures and writings, education, employment background, and other achievements. Messrs. Hixson and Nagatani received the same recognition in 2011, 2010, and 2009.
